Terms and Conditions

Note:

  • Based on NEA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours.
    Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.
  • Please note that orders have to be made 2 days in advance.
  • Working days & hours refer to Monday to Friday (except public holiday) 9 am to 6 pm
  • Delizio Catering reserves the right to change any T&C without any prior notice

Delivery:

  • Delivery time: 8.30am – 7.00pm (additional surcharge may apply outside stated timing)
  • Early surcharge of $50.00 is chargeable for delivery before 8.30am
  • Late surcharge of $50.00 is chargeable for delivery after 7.30pm
  • Late surcharge of $50.00 is chargeable for collection after 10.30pm to 12.00am
  • Surcharge of $50.00 is chargeable for collection for next working day
  • Delivery Charge (Regular Buffet): $45 ($48.15 with GST)
  • Delivery Charge (Drop Off): $30 ($32.10 with GST)
  • Delivery Charge (Half Day Seminar): $60 ($64.20 with GST)
  • Delivery Charge (Full Day Seminar): $80 ($85.60 with GST)
  • Additional $20 ($21.40 with GST) is applicable for delivery to offshore and
    $10 ($10.70 with GST) for CBD Area (Postal code starting with first 2 digits 01 – 08, 17 – 19, 22, 23)
  • A surcharge of $30 – $80 is applicable for delivery to the venue without lift landing
  • Additional surcharge of $80.00 is applicable for extra buffet point for lesser than 80 pax
  • Actual delivery time will vary +/- 30mins from stipulated delivery time
  • Order must be confirmed at least 3 working days before the delivery date and subjected to availability

Rental Services:

  • Extra table (3ft x 3ft) with skirting – $10.00 each
  • Stools – $1.00 each
  • Porcelain wares, silverware & glassware – $4.00 each

(Minimum of 2 staff required for 30pax)

  • Service Staff is at $80/ staff for 3 hours
  • A chef is at $120/chef for 3 hours

Live Station:

  • Minimum order for 100 people
  • 2 live cooking stations OR 1 live cooking station with 1 buffet order
  • Surcharge of $150.00 for catering of only 1 live station

Cancellation of order:

  • Cancellation of the order must be made at least 3 working days before the actual event date
  • 50% of the total bill will be chargeable if cancellation of order is made 2 days prior to the event date
  • 100% of the total bill will be chargeable if cancellation of order is made on the event date
